ngn99 Terms & Conditions

This page contains all terms and conditions governing use of the ngn99 platform. We recommend reading everything carefully before accessing the platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between the ngn99 platform ("we", "Platform") and the player using the platform ("you", "User"). If you continue to use ngn99's services — football, Live Casino, Slots, Crash games, lottery, and more — you are considered to have accepted all terms in this document. 1Definitions

The key terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows.

Platform

Account

The player's personal user account registered and opened on the platform.

Player

An individual who accesses the platform and participates in games.

Bonus

Promotional funds, credits, or other benefits granted by the platform to the player.

Balance

The total amount of funds in the player's account — comprising both real money and bonus funds.

2Age Restriction

The ngn99 platform is accessible to adults aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing or using the platform.

By accessing the platform and opening an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. If the platform needs to verify this, you must provide proof of age at any time when asked. Any account opened with false information may be suspended and the remaining balance may be frozen.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

Each player may register on the platform only once. Each individual person may hold only one account. Accounts must be opened using complete and accurate information.

3.2 Personal Information

Information provided at registration — name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. Players are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without prior notice.

3.3 Password Confidentiality

Do not share your account login password with anyone. Any financial losses resulting from unauthorized login activity are the player's own responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure

Players may request to close their account voluntarily via Live Chat or Email. The platform may also suspend an account if these terms are violated or if there are other grounds for doing so.

4Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

Available deposit methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.5 Funds Policy

Only your own funds may be used for deposits. Depositing with funds belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited. If this is found to be the case, the account may be suspended.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ngn99 offers a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
  • Deposit 140,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 240,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds as real money, you must first meet the wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25. Bonus funds and any winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

  • Each bonus is limited to one account per player
  • Bonuses may only be used on games designated by the platform
  • Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus funds may be voided

5.4 Bonus Changes

ngn99 may modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time and for any reason. Changes will be announced on the platform and players should take note of them.

6Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the ngn99 platform operate with SSL encryption and a fair play system. Random Number Generation for game outcomes is protected against unauthorized interference.

6.2 Prohibited Actions

The following actions will be treated as violations and dealt with accordingly—

  • Exploiting a software bug or glitch during play
  • Engaging in collusion with other players
  • Using a bot or automated software to play
  • Money laundering
  • Claiming bonuses through fake accounts

If any such violation is found, remaining balances may be frozen and legal action may be taken.

6.3 Winnings Eligibility

Winnings from real-money play may be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully completed.

7VIP and Cashback Services

The ngn99 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with the following cashback rates—

  • Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Gold — Up to 1.5% Cashback per week

Each VIP level is reviewed and assigned by the Platform based on the player's betting volume progress. Cashback amounts are paid according to VIP terms only and are subject to change.

8Personal Data Protection

ngn99 keeps players' personal data fully secure. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. It will not be shared with third parties without the player's consent — it will not be disclosed to anyone, except for banking service providers handling specific transactions and security partnerships.

9Platform Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Suspension

ngn99 reserves the right to suspend services temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. Access may be temporarily interrupted due to server issues, maintenance, or technical reasons.

9.2 Financial Loss Liability

The Platform is not responsible for financial losses that result from a player's own gameplay rather than from a Platform failure. Game results are solely a matter of the player's luck.

9.3 Technical Errors

If a software bug or technical error causes an incorrect result, the Platform may void that game round and refund the amounts involved.
